Dedicated to Hannah
Hannah was a beautiful girl who lived life to the full! Always smiling and having fun. Hannah was loved by her parents Lianne & Simon to the full and they always made sure her life was well lived.
I was fortunate to have Hannah in my life when they all decided to move up here from Brighton. From the day I met them we became family. We did lots of things together and I know myself and my family will cherish the memories of those happy times.
When I go to Lianne & Simons house, I still expect Hannah to come down the stairs and say "ummm..... Aunty Julie"! I knew she wanted to ask for something when she said that!!! We all miss her dearly, but those lovely memories and great photo's of Hannah will never go away.
Hannah loved the colour pink! Everything had to pink!
Hannah had dilated cardiomyopathy and passed away in her sleep in the early hours on July 24th 2006. Although she is gone, she will never be forgotten.
Hannah loved going to hope house! She always looked forward to going there and always enjoyed her time spent there. Hannah was due to go there just after she passed away. Hope house staff were wonderful with her and they too sadly miss her. Hannah spent her last days resting at hope house until she was laid to rest in Bangor.
